At Boxhero, we want you to love every piece you wear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all items in their original condition. Whether the fit isn't right or you've changed your mind, our streamlined process ensures your wardrobe update is completely stress-free.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Boxhero account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive your prepaid shipping label.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the unworn apparel with original tags attached into the original shipping box or a similar protective mailer.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid return label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
